CLASS LEVELS
INTRO TUMBLING
This is the perfect level for those athletes 6 & older who are new to tumbling. This class will focus on the basics skills while also focusing on building strength and flexibility.
Must be able to perform the exit pass, unassisted, in order to move on to the next level.
EXIT PASS: Forward Roll step out, cartwheel backward roll
JUNIOR TUMBLING
This class is perfect for all athletes 5 and under. This class will focus on the basic skills while also focusing on building strength and flexibility.Must be able to perform the exit pass, unassisted, in order to move on to the next level.

TUMBLING 1A
This class will continue to focus on building strength and flexibility while working on handstands, bridges. Must be able to perform the exit pass, unassisted, in order to move on to the next level.
EXIT PASS: Cartwheel fall to bridge kick over
TUMBLING 1B
This class is an extension of 1A with an added focus on backwalkover variations while introducing round offs and front walkovers. Must be able to perform the exit pass, unassisted, in order to move on to the next level.
EXIT PASS: Front walkover cartwheel back walkover, double back walkover switch leg
TUMBLING 2A
This class will combine many of 1B skills into connection passes while introducing backhandspring and backhandspring variations.
Must be able to perform the exit pass, unassisted, in order to move on to the next level.
EXIT PASS: Power hurdle front walkover round off BHS
TUMBLING 2B
This class will focus on backhandspring variations and round off backhandspring connection passes. Must be able to perform the exit pass, unassisted, in order to move on to the next level.
EXIT PASS: Three Round off Back Handsprings and Round off Back Handspring punch back front walkover Round off Back Handspring
TUMBLING 3
This class work on elite backhandspring variations while introducing tucks and aerials. Must be able to perform the exit pass, unassisted, in order to move on to the next level.
EXIT PASS: Three standing back handsprings, Round off two Back Handsprings Tuck, Punch front stick round off tuck, Front walkover round off back handspring tuck
TUMBLING 4
This class will focus on standing tuck variations, layouts, whips and combination passes.
EXIT PASS: Round off back handspring Whip hand tuck/layout, Punch front step out Round off Back handspring Layout, Two Standing back handsprings to tuck.
TUMBLING 5
This class will focus on arabian, layouts, and fulls.Must be able to perform the exit pass, unassisted, in order to move on to the next level.
EXIT PASS: Round off back handspring Full, Punch front step out Round off back handspring Full, two standing back handsprings to layout/full
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
FLEX
Do you want to finally pull that scorpion? Are you eager to get your splits or any other flexibility skill? This class is specially designed for athletes that are looking to gain flexibility. Class instructors will teach skills and techniques that can be practiced daily in order to achieve maximum flexibility. A great class for flyers!
CHEERFIT/JUMPS
Our CheerFit/Jump class will focus on the following. We encourage athletes to use this class as an active recovery day to help build strength while continuing to work on the skills needed. Don't confuse an active recovery day with a "rest day". Our intention is to activate and strengthen muscles that are NOT used on a daily basis in our facility.
PRIVATE LESSONS
One-on-one training time with a coach of your choice.West Coast Rush Coaches are ready to give you that extra attention on whatever skill you need. From beginning level skills through the most elite tumbling passes, our West Coast Rush Coaches can provide you with the individual coaching style that works best for you.
OPEN GYM
Open Gym is available to everyone and is a great opportunity to use the gym equipment and work on skills.
Open use of the Spring floors, Cheer floor, Tumbl-trak, Trampoline, Mats and other equipment.
Students are supervised by a coach (for safety), but this is not a class. This is a 2-hr time for students to work on whatever they want. Break Dancers, Parkour, etc. Welcome!
