Our tumbling program is the perfect place to start if you're looking for something fun and challenging for your child. Our athletes work at their own pace and individual skill level during our beginner/basic classes. Our safety-certified instructors teach by using safe, at-home friendly drills. The goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Our athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals and work with coaches virtually and independently to achieve those goals.
During these classes for our Junior athletes (ages 6 years old and younger), we will teach the fundamentals of tumbling, core strength, balance and flexibility. Perfect for ages 3 - 6 year olds, each skill can be done safely in your living room on any type of softer surface (like carpet) with no tumbling aids.
During these classes, we will incorporate cardio exercises with core strength at the same time. Our CheerFit classes will also incorporate some Jump Techniques and Drills. Our CheerFit classes are usually a full body workout with no special equipment required and great for the whole family!
This flexibility class will focus on power stretches for the back, shoulders, hips, hamstrings and quads. This stretching and conditioning class is aimed towards improving jumps, body positions in the air (when in a stunt) and improves flexibility or bases and spotters. Recommended for everyone (girls and boys alike) and is great for athletes in any sport.
We know kids who have tumble traks and trampolines will enjoy jumping around on either of these apparatus' all day everyday! In this class, we will cover important safety drills of using either equipment. We will incorporate fun workouts and drills that can safely be practiced at home.
